We joined forces with our good friends (and master pizzaioli) Mark and Jenny Bello of Pizza School NYC who generously shared their foolproof home pizza dough recipe as well as THREE pizza recipes featuring Saxelby cheese!
Kit includes dough recipe, three pizza recipes, over 1.5lbs of cheese total including 1/2lb of Parmigiano Reggiano to finish your pies, 32oz can of DiNapoli tomatoes (rated #1 by the New York Times), 6oz pear preserves, and 3oz truffle honey - enough for six 10-14" pies.

Bayley Hazen Blue and Pear - Rich earthy Bayley Hazen Blue cheese from Jasper Hill Farm matched with Pear with Honey and Ginger Preserves from Quince and Apple.
Eligo and Truffle Honey - A domestic take on Taleggio and truffle honey... Eligo is a goat/cow blend of funky, yeasty, gooey cheese from Jasper Hill Farm combined with Regalis' Tennessee Black Truffle Honeycomb.
