Mini Kunik - a triple-creme blend of goat’s milk and cow cream made by Sheila Flanagan and Lorraine Lambiase at Nettle Meadow Farm.
Ascutney Mountain - a golden hued cow’s milk cheese packed with flavors ranging from roasted nuts to tropical fruits made by Jeannine Kilbride at Cobb Hill Farm.
Dorset - Dorset is fashioned in the style of a simple Alpine tomme, and has a pliant, creamy texture and a golden ochre paste. The wheels are washed with brine as they age, giving the cheese a tawny orange rind and slightly pungent aroma. Made by Leslie Goff of Consider Bardwell Farm.
Tres Bonne - With a golden wax rind, and a fresh, minerally, and slightly sweet flavor, Tres Bonne is reminiscent of a fine goat gouda and is made by Anne Blouin of Boston Post Dairy.
Appalachian - a semi-firm cow's milk cheese with a buttery, savory flavor made by mother-daughter team Helen and Kat Feete at Meadow Creek Dairy.
Talbott & Arding Crackers - handmade from organic, New York state ingredients by Kate Arding and Mona Talbott at Talbott & Arding.
