Deadline for orders is 12/7 at midnight EST. Boxes will ship 12/8 for delivery on 12/9.
Each Tasting Box features includes the following cheeses and contains enough cheese for 2-3 people to participate! Pairing suggestions are not included in the price of the box, but if you'd like to add on, we'll be sure to include those in your box!
Ocooch Mountain - An extra aged raw sheep's milk cheese made by Hidden Springs Creamery in Wisconsin. Ocooch Mountain is smooth and firm with flavor notes of brown butter, toasted nuts, and rich caramel.
Pairing suggestion: Pear with Honey and Ginger Preserves
Gatekeeper - A decadent blend of sheep milk and cow cream that is lightly washed with hard cider from Graft. Like funky sheep butter with a rind... one of a kind!
Pairing suggestion: Zingerman's Spiced Pecans
Swallow Tail Tomme - A raw cow's milk cheese from Stony Pond Farm, our newest producer / partner that is reminiscent of Tomme de Savoie. Tart, earthy, lactic and squidgy, with just the right amount of funk.
Pairing suggestion: Olympia Provisions Saucisson Sec
Finger Lakes Gold Reserve - An extra aged goat's milk gouda from Lively Run Dairy that is firm and flaky like Parmigiano Reggiano! Bold, malty, and musky.
Pairing suggestion: Raaka Pink Sea Salt Chocolate
Mad River Blue - Certified organic earthy, fudgy, chocolatey blue with a pleasantly faint hint of barnyard from the vonTrapp Farmsted of 'The Sound of Music' fame.
Pairing suggestion: Effie's Oatcakes
