Includes one whole wheel of Harbison - an over-the-top gooey, spoonable cows' milk cheese bound in bark from Jasper Hill Farm, and four hand cut wedges: Reading Raclette - a crowd-pleasingly buttery and fruity semi-firm cheese from Spring Brook Farm, Tres Bonne - a firm goats' milk cheese from Boston Post Dairy that has the musky malted sweetness of a goat gouda, Spring Brook Tarentaise - a nutty and sharp Alpine-style cows' milk cheese from Spring Brook Farm, and Gatekeeper - a cider washed triple creme cheese made from a blend of sheep milk and cow cream from Crown Finish Caves. Includes over 2lbs of cheese and serves 12-15 people.
