Pleasant Ridge Reserve - America's original seasonal grass fed cheese from Uplands Cheese Company. This smooth, nutty, Alpine-style cheese is made for just 9 weeks each year when the cows graze the lush pastureland of southwestern Wisconsin.
Mini Harbison - A diminutive, ooey-gooey wheel of cow's milk cheese wrapped in a spruce bark girdle brought to you by Jasper Hill Farm.
Marieke Premium Gouda - traditional raw cow's milk gouda made by the living legend Marieke Penterman! Sharp and savory with a hint of crystallization and toasty caramel sweetness.
Verano - America's singular, seasonal sheep's milk tomme. This bright, citrusy, grassy, cheese has been crafted by David Major and Yesenia Ielpi in Westminster, Vermont for over 30 years.
Potter's Crackers - Crisp, rich, and toasty, Potter's crackers are hand crafted from organic ingredients and are guaranteed to elevate any cheese board.
Contains approximately 2lbs of cheese and 5oz crackers. Serves up to 15 people in one sitting, or can be savored by a smaller crowd over the course of a few weeks.
