One of our favorite things about cheese (out of hundreds!) is seasonality, and we're always on the lookout for what's in season. Vermont's Bonnieview Farm sticks to a traditional seasonal cycle for their cows and sheep, so we've put together a package of our favorite summer cow's milk cheeses from their cellars!
Cheeses included are: Braeburn - a fudgy and onion-y beauty, Ayersdale - a tangy, grassy and earthy cow's milk cheese, and Patmos Peak - a firm, complex and butterscotch-y cow and sheep blend. Contains over 1lb of cheese. Serves 4-6 cheese lovers.
