Join Jasper Hill Farm co-founder Mateo Kehler and Anne Saxelby for a virtual cheese tasting and tour of The Cellars at Jasper Hill on Thursday 4/15 at 7pm EST! Mateo will lead us through the vaults that comprise the Cellars at Jasper Hill, and for each vault that we visit, we’ll taste a cheese aged in that environment! Learn what it takes to make great cheese, how to build a business that supports rural economies, and about ‘affinage’ or the art of aging cheese.
How does it work?
1. Purchase a Tasting Box
2. We'll email you a Zoom link to the virtual class
3. Tune in to class at 7pm EST on 4/15
Deadline for orders is Sunday 4/11 at 11:59pm EST. Boxes will ship 4/12 for delivery on 4/13.
