Salted Cultured Butter - This classic, tangy, nutty cultured butter is cultured for 24 hours before being churned and kneaded by hand. Each block is studded with sea salt crystals that burst on your tongue.
Porcini Cultured Butter - Handmade cultured butter studded with dried porcini mushrooms. The nutty, woodsy, brothy, and umami qualities of the porcini mushrooms are the perfect foil to the rich, tangy butter. Eat it all by itself or toss with pasta for a simple, but perfect sauce!
Espelette Cultured Butter - Espelette peppers are grown in the French Pyrenees and are a staple of Basque cuisine. The pepper is mildly hot, and when powered imparts a slightly fruity, smoky, sweetness that marries perfectly with the butter. Slather on bread or try it over grilled fish!
Balsamic Fig Butter - A sweet and decadent treat! The fruity sweetness of the balsamic vinegar matched with the understated earthy sweetness of fig produces a butter begging to be served for breakfast or dessert! Slather on sourdough, or even try it alongside a wedge of blue cheese like Ewe Calf to be Kidding for an incredible eating experience!
