Victory Cheese Box - World Central Kitchen Box
Victory Cheese is a movement to sustain America’s artisan cheesemakers by uniting dairy farmers, cheesemakers, chefs, and YOU, the cheese loving public during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.
10% of the profits from sales of this Victory Cheese Box will go to World Central Kitchen, a non-profit that has disbursed over $105 million dollars to small restaurants feeding their communities during the COVID-19 crisis. With wildfires, hurricanes, and food insecurity crises on the rise, World Central Kitchen is doing some of the most important work in food!
Each World Central Kitchen Victory Cheese Box features includes:
Cave Aged Cheddar - A sweet and savory cave aged cheddar cheese that is the fruit of a collaboration between The Cellars at Jasper Hill Farm and Cabot Creamery. Sharp, caramelly, and delicious!
Provola - A young, buttery, tangy cow's milk cheese from Caputo Brothers Creamery in Pennsylvania. Melts perfectly on a grilled cheese, atop a lasagna, or in quesadillas.
Spring Brook Tarentaise - A bold, aged, nutty, Alpine-style cheese that is like a meal unto itself! Just grab a loaf of crusty bread, pour a glass of your favorite wine or beer, and enjoy (with a salad on the side if you're feeling virtuous!)
Firefly Farms Chevre - Tart, creamy, spreadable fresh chevre from Maryland. Firefly Farms works with a network of eight Amish goat dairies to source their milk, keeping a whole agricultural community in business.
Mini Kunik - A Saxelby best-seller! This mixed goat and cow's milk triple cream cheese is as decadent as they come. Unctuous, fudgy, and milky with a hint of goaty musk.
Cowbella Sweet Cream Butter - Rich, silky grass-fed butter from a seventh generation dairy farm upstate New York. Each golden yellow block is a testament to the cow's diet of fresh pasture!
Please note that if any product(s) are out of stock we will substitute with something similar and equally delicious!
