Cabot Clothbound Cheddar is one of the Cellars' signature cheeses. It's crumbly texture and sweet, nutty flavor have made it one of our perennial best-sellers! Black Label Cabot Clothbound Cheddar is extremely limited - only a few batches are released for sale each year.
