Who We Are:
Saxelby Cheesemongers is New York City's FIRST shop dedicated solely to American farmstead and artisan cheeses. We are a small team of dedicated caseophiles, ready to help you build your cheese program, educate your staff, and find the perfect cheese for each dish you're looking to perfect!
What We Do:
We source cheese and fresh dairy products from over 50 local producers as well as a small selection of French cheeses from world-renowned affineur Hervé Mons. We also have a charcuterie program, featuring some of the most mouth-watering cured meat products made in the US! We aim to provide our wholesale customers with the most delicious cheeses and dairy products, at their peak of quality, with a side of education about the farms and producers that we work with.
