Little Hosmer cheese is a diminutive wheel of pudgy, mushroomy, brie-like goodness. Named for a lake near the Cellars at Jasper Hill Farm in Craftsbury, Vermont, this cheese is staying true to Jasper Hill Farm’s mission of celebrating a ‘taste of place’. Little Hosmer is mild and gooey, with flavors ranging from creme fraiche to fermented fruit to toasted nuts. Perfect for a picnic, dinner party, or an ambitious cheese course for one!! 4oz per piece.
