Delicious!

Very balanced and rounded flavor with a creamy texture... not quite as tart as some goat cheeses... excellent with fruit and crackers!!! A wonderful surprise!!!

Totally tasty

The cheese stayed a little firmer than expected, but lovely exotic taste — my cousin likened it to Indian paneer — and worked well in larger dinner buffet. Yum! Love the spruce wrapping, too, adds so much flair.
