Cabot Clothbound Cheddar - a nutty and caramelized cheddar from the Cellars at Jasper Hill Farm
Bayley Hazen Blue - a rich, fudgy cow's milk blue from Jasper Hill Farm
Queso del Invierno - a semi-firm citrusy and buttery sheep/cow blend from Vermont Shepherd.
Saucisson Sec - a classic tangy cured French-style salami from Olympia Provisions
Casella's Prosciutto - a sweet and salty domestic prosciutto made from heritage breed pigs
