FireFly Farms Cheese

Firefly Farms has been making cheese since 2002, and supports a network of family farms within a 30 mile radius by purchasing their milk and turning it into top quality cheese. Owners Mike Koch and Pablo Solanet work with all of their milk producers to ensure that their milk is made from pastured, humanely raised animals, and pays them a premium for that milk. Firefly Farms' goat and cow's milk cheeses are truly delicious and versatile - suitable for cheese plates or in many cooking applications.
