A creamy, young gouda made by expert cheesemaker Marieke Penterman and her talented team from northern Wisconsin. Don’t overlook young goudas; this gouda is compulsively snacky, with a long savory finish that belies its short time aging in the cave (only two to four months!). A great cheese to keep a wedge of in the fridge for whenever the urge strikes! Pretzels, mustard, and a beer for the adults are strongly encouraged.
