When Pete Messmer, the head cheesemaker at Lively Run, told us he was going to start making sheep's milk cheese, we practically jumped out of our chairs! Now, we have some of his first wheels of Seneca Blue in our hands, and we're ready to spread the sheep's milk goodness far and wide.
