We've taken our perennially popular Monthly Cheese Club and kicked it up a notch. Then we kicked it up another notch by making it even better than what you've seen before! Saxelby's Cheese and Chocolate Club is a three month club, meaning you'll get three separate installments of perfect cheese and chocolate pairings! Each shipment includes three hand-cut cheeses totaling 1.5 lbs, three bars of Fine & Raw chocolate, and detailed tasting notes.

Example pairings include:

Mesquite Chocolate Bar & Red Rock -  An orange cheddar with lines of blue. Peanutty and mushroomy, with an allium bite. 

Raspberry Chocolate Bar & Nancy's Camembert - Silky, buttery, and creamy, this sheep and cow's milk cheese just melts on the tongue!

Hazelnut Butter Bar & Pecora Nocciola - A pecorino-style cheese busting with macadamia nut flavor. 

How Does it Work?

  • The cost of shipping is included in the price of the club,  with a $10 surcharge for shipping from Brooklyn to certain Western states (CA, WA, OR, ID, NV, NM, AZ, MT, WY, CO, UT, HI, and AK). See all of our shipping policies here. 
  • If you are giving this as a gift, you can Download a copy of our Welcome Letter to give to the lucky recipient!
  • To make changes to your subscription, log into the customer portal which is accessible via your customer account page and/or your order confirmation email.
  • Your first payment will be processed when you place the order, and your first delivery will be on the date that you select at check out. Payment and delivery in subsequent months will occur in 30 day increments from the date that you placed your first order.
