At Saxelby Cheesemongers, we stand behind the quality and integrity of all the products we sell, and care for our cheese with the utmost respect from the time it reaches our cheese cave in Brooklyn until the time you receive it. If you are not satisfied with your order, our aim is to make it right as quickly as possible! If you have questions or concerns about your shipment, just call 718-260-8660 or email customerservice@saxelbycheese.com within 48 hours of receipt of your product. Please do not throw anything away before contacting us – we might ask for photos or a batch date of a specific product to find the source of the issue. 

Please note that we cannot be responsible for damaged or spoiled product due to the following:


1. Delayed deliveries due to weather or other "Acts of God"

2. Incorrect addresses (please be sure to include apartment numbers, suite numbers, etc when applicable!)

3. Unopened shipments upon receipt. We ask that you ensure that the recipient or other responsible party will be available to receive, open and properly store you order. If you are sending someone a gift, please notify them of their incoming cheese package!

4. Items that have been discarded or consumed.

 

Cheese of the Month Clubs

If you sign up for a month-to-month cheese of the month club, you can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the customer portal which is accessible via your email order confirmation.

If you sign up for a pre-paid monthly club and need to change or alter your subscription, please contact us via email at customerservice@saxelbycheese.com or call us at 718-260-8660.
