Saucisson Sec (Saw-sis-SAHN SEK) is a traditional French salami flavored with garlic & black pepper.  “Sec” means dry in French, and these little salamis have a toothsome texture and a slight mushroomy funk. 4.5oz each.

Serve on a cheese board with your favorite wedge of firm, aged cheese like Alpha Tolman, Old World Gourmet Mustard, and Olive Oil and Sea salt crackers.
