Grayson - a delicious washed rind cheese in a delicious square format from Meadow Creek Dairy in Galax, Virginia. An intense, beefy, and pungent cheese that reflects the goodness of the local Virginia mountain grass.
Calderwood - a hay-coated raw cow’s milk cheese made exclusively for Saxelby Cheesemongers by our good friends at Jasper Hill Farm. A firm, nutty, and complex Alpine-style cheese with hints of earth, caramel, chestnut honey, toasted bread and tropical fruit.
Pleasant Ridge Reserve - one of the winningest cheeses in the history of the American Cheese Society, this Alpine-style cheese from Uplands Cheese Company in Dodgeville, Wisconsin sports a stately coffee-brown rind, and tastes of toasted nuts and caramel.
Includes over 1lb of cheese and serves 8-10 people.
