Blakesville Creamery Cheese
Blakesville Creamery is a farmstead goat cheese maker established in 2020 located on the shores of Lake Michigan in Port Washington, Wisconsin. Blakesville's head cheesemaker, Veronica Pedraza, is a world-class cheesemaker and beer connoisseur - two things befitting of a cheesemaker from Wisconsin and also lending a layer of depth and creativity with her unique beer washed cheeses. Blakesville is home to over 900 dairy goats, mostly Alpine and Saanen, two breeds known for their dairying prowess.
