Kunik is a delightful cheese to know and love! With goat’s milk spiked with cow’s cream, it’s a buttery button that provides a perfect canvas for other flavors. In partnership with Truffleist, this particular Kunik is pocked with truffle bits and infused with truffle oil, transforming it into a fragrant, indulgent umami bomb. Not to fear, though, this cheese won’t knock you over or kill your tastebuds; everything comes together in a savory, creamy, New York State bite! Each wheel weighs about 12oz and is aged 4-6 weeks.
