First, the backstory. I live in a tiny community in Alabama and was thrilled to discover Saxelby through NYT. I placed an order but delivery was botched up by the delivery folks (UPS). It took a couple of calls to get the issue resolved and both times, I was thrilled by the warmth and competence of the women I spoke with. The delivered a ‘perfect service failure’—immediately advised that they would respond to the problem, offered a couple of solutions, and delivered exactly what they had promised to resolve the issue (I received a new shipment free of charge). The cheese is superb and at a time when nothing seems to work right, it was such a pleasure to receive this level of service. Thank you Saxelby!
