Includes one whole wheel of Harbison - an over-the-top gooey, spoonable cows' milk cheese bound in bark from Jasper Hill Farm, and four hand cut wedges: Ricotta Salata Vecchia - a tangy and funky cave-aged drained ricotta from Caputo Brothers, Dunbarton Blue - a butterscotch-y and peppery cheddar/blue hybrid from Roelli Cheese, Spring Brook Tarentaise - a nutty and sharp Alpine-style cows' milk cheese from Spring Brook Farm, and Noble Road - a buttery and mushroomy brie style cow’s milk from Calkins Creamery. Includes over 2lbs of cheese and serves 12-15 people.
