Includes two buttons of Bijou - a perfect little mouthful of lactic, musky, and creamy goats’ milk cheese, Wischago - a crystal-studded Manchego style, Cave Aged Cheddar - a new cheddar collaboration from Cabot and Jasper Hill Farm, the people behind Cabot Clothbound Cheddar, Alpha Tolman - an American Alpine cheese that gives Gruyere a run for its money, and Ewe's Blue - a sheep's milk blue from New York that is reminiscent of Roquefort. Includes over 1.5lbs of cheese and serves 10-12 people.
