A sister cheese to Witchgrass, Honey Bell is luscious, creamy, and ripened with dried chamomile flowers, locally grown by Katydid Hill Herb Farm, another woman-powered farming operation in Pennsylvania. Rich, organic milk harmonizes joyfully with the honey and apple notes of the chamomile, which also contributes a pleasantly bitter finish. This cheese is truly unique--you won't find it anywhere else!
