Includes one whole wheel of Harbison - an over-the-top gooey, spoonable cows' milk cheese bound in bark from Jasper Hill Farm, and two hand cut wedges: Calderwood - a hay-coated raw cow’s milk Alpine cheese made exclusively for Saxelby Cheesemongers by our good friends at Jasper Hill Farm. Ewe Calf to be Kidding - a rindless blue made from a blend of cow, sheep, and goats’ milk, Bijou - a perfect little mouthful of lactic, musky, and creamy goats’ milk cheese, and Pawlet - a golden, buttery Alpine-style tomme cheese. Includes over 1.5lbs of cheese and serves 10-12 people.
